I offer appointments face-to-face and online which means I can provide my services in a way that is most convenient for you.

Experience in-person therapy in Hertfordshire in a private, comfortable and discrete therapy room, located in the town centre of Hertford.

My therapy room is located a short 7 minute walk from Hertford East Station and 15 minute walk from Hertford North Station, both with good links into Central London (Liverpool Street, Kings Cross and Islington).

There is a car park a 2 minute walk away, along with on-street parking right outside my therapy room.

Online therapy sessions take place using a secure video calling platform. You will be sent a secure link to click on at your appointment time.
